I designed+made this costume a couple of years ago at university, for an ancient Greek comedy called 'The Birds' by Aristophanes.
It was extraordinarily clumsy and awkward to wear, but now it looks pretty funny

"How decadent darling / how simply fab and divine to rave and gobble the waiter with your husband lying there / how splendid spiffing wizzo fab and gear / it's the most enchanting story ever did I hear / you amaze me stun astound / oh! wait till this story goes around / what a plot, what an amazing scene / let's put it in a play / no one would believe it anyway / no you can't say those nasty things on stage / you'll have the tory mothers in a rage / ohshit fegardez l'heure / we simply mustn't be late / the play starts at quarter to eight"
