Nice pics but I have to correct you - this is not from communist aera. Designed by architect Nikola Dobrovic in 1936 it is a fine sample of modernisme or so called "international style". Hope it will preserved properly!
I also saw this rundown hotel during my visit at Lopud last week. Found it very interesting and even if it was quite ugly I found it charming. I noticed that there were some work ongoing at the back of the hotel, maybe it will be rebuilt or renovated?
